Keruen Group has launched its legal project, Need Help, the mobile application. The main goal of the project is to increase the legal literacy of the people. While developing the project for two years, all current trends in the sector of digital technologies were considered. A team of IT specialists from different countries have been developing the mobile application almost half a year.
Citizens of Kazakhstan face challenges related to legal issues so that they can protect their legitimate rights. The application is to give everyone confidence and the unique opportunity to consult a qualified lawyer anytime anywhere, preventing them from any possible mistakes and additional expenses in the form of penalties.
Besides the legal advice, the application will inform users about legal news, changes to legislation, and law news that directly affect the lives of the citizens.
MR. ABAI MASLAKHATOVICH SADYKOV

Mr. A.M. Sadykov has extensive experience in oil and gas, banking sectors. He held managerial positions in Qazak Oil, KazTransOil, KazTransGas, and Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan. Series of large-scale projects in various sectors of the economy have been implemented under his leadership. While working for the Government, he headed various governmental institutions of the Ministry of State Revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan and worked as Akim of the city of Aktobe. Mr. A.M. Sadykov has two university degrees, one in economics and the other in law. He was awarded with Candidate of Legal Sciences degree (Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation) and Order of Honour of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Ms. N. Altenova has been working in Keruen Group since 2020. She was the director of the Legal Department, Keruen LLP. She has extensive experience implementing her knowledge in the field of transport logistics. She is a holder of Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in International Law (International University of Kyrgyzstan).

MR. MAGZHAN ZHUMABAYEV

Mr. Zhumabayev started his legal career in 2013 as a judge assistant. He had been supervising the archive division, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 2017 to 2018. Mr. Zhumabayev was appointed to the position of senior specialist and was attached to the judge, S.E. Kozhakhmetova, Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of Atyrau Region from 2018 to 2020. In 2020-2022, he worked as a senior specialist for Akimat of Atyrau Region. He is the holder of Bachelor’s degree (Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Law Department) and Master’s degree (KAZGUU University named after M.S. Narikbayev, Law Department).
